How do I see if I have placed a ''pre-order?''

More information about the delivery time of a pre order can be found in the product description or on the page 'order & delivery'' You can see in the confirmation email whether you have placed a pre-order order. Go to your email -> view order -> View order overview -> If there is '' Type : Pre order'' state you have placed a pre-order.

Do you want to know where your order is?

We will send you an automatic e-mail with a Track & Trace code as soon as the package is on its way. This email may have ended up in your spam. Please note: if you have ordered a pre-order, it can take 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped.

 

Can I still cancel my order?

Have you returned your order, but have not yet received a refund or exchange?

All returns are processed automatically. With the summer rush, processing your return can take up to two weeks. We will send you an email as soon as this is in order.
